MMASECS is a security company founded by two visionary gentlemen who share a passion for protecting and serving the community. Our mission is to work hand-in-hand with local law enforcement and the community to create a safer environment for everyone.
We believe that safety is a collective responsibility, and we're committed to doing our part in reducing crime and promoting peace of mind. Our services are designed to protect not only our clients but also the broader community, including vulnerable groups like teachers and students in schools.
In partnership with organizations like Utshintso Men's International, we're dedicated to empowering individuals and families through job creation, education, and mentorship. Utshintso Men's International aims to restore dignity and purpose to men, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to become positive leaders in their families and communities.

Our History
The Founding of MMASECS Security Company

MMASECS Security Company was founded by two visionary entrepreneurs, Thozamile Mase and Andile Magandela. Both directors share a passion for creating a successful business that benefits their community.
Thozamile Mase's Journey
Born and raised in Ezibeleni, Queenstown, Thozamile pursued his education at Walter Sisulu University. With extensive experience in various companies, he encountered challenges due to poor management, ultimately leading to his departure. This experience sparked his determination to establish his own company, prioritizing employee welfare and effective management.
Andile Magandela's Background
Originally from Cala, Andile studied diploma in marketing after matriculating and his also a qualified Accredited Mediator. With a strong work ethic, he worked in prominent cities like Cape Town and Johannesburg, culminating in a management role at a school in Queenstown. Following an unexpected departure, Andile joined forces with Thozamile.
The Partnership
The two founders met while searching for a school for Thozamile daughter. Recognizing shared experiences and goals, they decided to launch a security company. In February 2025, MMASECS Security Company was officially registered.

Since its inception, MMASECS Security has made significant strides. The company aims to:

2. Create employment opportunities for local communities
3. Foster trust and partnership with clients
